These terms govern your use of the Deserve Travel membership service, operated by Travalystic. By joining you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
We offer three membership plans:
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing a membership you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method. Prices are shown in USD. Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically unless cancelled.
You may cancel your membership at any time after your minimum term has been completed. Monthly members may cancel after 3 months. Annual members may cancel before their renewal date. Lifetime members retain access to core benefits permanently. To cancel please contact us at hello@deservetravel.com.
All active members receive $2,500 in annual cruise credits. These credits are renewed each year on your membership anniversary date and do not roll over. Unused credits expire at the end of each membership year. Credits can be applied to reduce the cost of cruises booked through the Deserve Travel platform.
Deserve Travel membership provides access to discounts and savings across travel, dining, shopping, entertainment, health, automotive, home services and more. Savings are provided through our partner network and are subject to availability. Discount amounts may vary. We reserve the right to update or modify the benefits available to members with reasonable notice.
All Deserve Travel members receive a free Deserve Savings membership giving access to everyday discounts. This benefit is included with all plans and is subject to the same terms as your Deserve Travel membership.
Memberships purchased as gifts are subject to the same terms. The recipient will receive access upon redemption. Gift memberships are non-transferable once activated.
We work hard to ensure the savings and benefits available to members are accurate and of high quality. However we cannot guarantee the availability of specific discounts at all times as these are provided by third party partners. We are not liable for any losses arising from the unavailability of a specific offer.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify members of any significant changes by email at least 21 days before they take effect.
